    • Eligibility:
    ATTENTION: YOU MUST BE HIV POSITIVE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM. - income must be at or below 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level set for Hawaii - assets must be less than $10,000 excluding home & car - must not have insurance that covers medications - must be HIV + and provide proof of HIV status by a physician
