Eligibility:
Seniors age 65 and over by July 1, 1999; A resident of Massachusetts for the last 6 months; CANNOT be enrolled in the Medicaid program; No prescription drug coverage insurance policy; Gross annual income no greater than $12,360 or $1,030 per month
