Eligibility:
This program provides New Jersey Medicaid for pregnant women who meet the general requirements but whose family income is up to 185 percent of the federal poverty level, or $32,653 for a family of four. This coverage extends to women during the pregnancy and for 60 days following delivery or the date on which pregnancy ends. A child born to an eligible woman may be eligible for New Jersey Medicaid for up to one year regardless of changes in the family's income.
