    • Eligibility:
    ATTENTION: YOU MUST BE HIV POSITIVE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM. Must be HIV + and have (get) and ACCESS form on file, updated annually with New Mexico Department of Health. Poverty level is adjustable for family size. May not have Liquid assets over $10,000 and may not have a third party payor source with medical benefits.
