Eligibility:
- must live in West Virginia - must be 18 years of age or younger - must not have health insurance now or had had coverage within the past six months or be eiligible for the West Virginia State Employee Health Insurance - PEIA or Medicaid - the applicant must also live in families meeting WVCHIP Income Guidelines - must be a US citizen or a qualified alien (children who are not U.S. citizens must provide verification of their alien status)
