Everyone is eligible for this free program and there are no enrolment requirements.
The Mississippi Drug Card works with the Mississippi Rural Health Association and The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi as well as many clinics and hospitals to expand card distribution sites throughout the state. This free program provides savings of up to 80% on generic, as well as name brand medications. The program is completely confidential and all cards are pre-approved and do not expire. Mississippians unable to obtain a hard card can visit any CVS/pharmacy, FRED'S or Kmart Pharmacy and simply ask to have their prescription processed through the Mississippi Drug Card. The program is accepted at CVS/pharmacy, FRED'S, Kmart, Walmart, Walgreens, Winn Dixie, Target, Kroger and Rite Aid along with 68,000 other participating pharmacies nationwide.
