Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible, children must be a US citizen or lawful, permanent resident who has lived in the US for 5 years; a Wyoming resident (residing in the State of Wyoming); age 18 or younger; and income eligible. Children cannot be a dependent of an employee of the State of Wyoming; a resident of an institution; or have other health insurance within the last 30 days.

Program Description:
Kid Care CHIP offers health insurance coverage for Wyoming's children and teens through age 18 that are uninsured and meet income and eligibility guidelines that are not eligible for Wyoming EqualityCare (Medicaid).

Program Description:
Wyoming Rx Card is a free prescription assistance program available to everyone living in Wyoming. The program was launched to help the uninsured and underinsured residents of Wyoming gain access to significant savings on prescription medications at their local pharmacies.
No personal information is required to join the program and there are no enrollment forms, no eligibility requirements, and no restrictions of any kind. The Wyoming Rx Card provides discounts on both brand and generic medication with an average savings around 30%, with some discounts as high as 80%. The card is accepted at Kmart, Osco, Pamida, Safeway, Albertsons Sav-on, Smith's, Walgreens, Walmart, as well as over 68,000 participating pharmacies across the country.
The Wyoming Rx Card is a simple solution to the confusing maze of discount programs that have appeared in recent years. Residents of Wyoming can obtain a pre-activated free Drug card, search drug pricing, and locate participating pharmacies by visiting www.wyomingrxcard.com.

Eligibility Requirements:
n order to be eligible for assistance, an individual must meet all three of the following requirements: 1. Must be HIV-positive or have a diagnosis of AIDS. A health care provider must verify this by completing the Provider's Medical Certification Form, which is available on our Forms and Downloads page. 2. Must be a resident of, and have a permanent address in, the state of Wyoming. A copy of a valid Wyoming drivers license or state-issued ID card must be submitted along with the Application for Assistance. There are no other acceptable forms of identification. Persons needing to obtain a drivers license or state ID card can obtain more information from the WYDOT Driver Services website. 3. Must have total annual household income at or below the current income guideline, based upon county of residence.

Program Description:
The Wyoming Department of Health's HIV/AIDS Treatment and ADAP Program provides persons living with HIV/AIDS access to comprehensive health care and other supportive services. These programs serve as the payer of last resort for persons who are uninsured, under-insured, or are otherwise unable to access medical treatment. Funding for these programs is provided, in part, by grants from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources Services Administration, and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
