Create and print your free pre-activated card by visiting the program site at www.ohiodrugcard.com. Print out as many cards as you need to give to friends and family members. On the site you can also locate participating pharmacies and search drug pricing.

The card will provide you with prescription medication savings of up to 80% at more than 68,000 pharmacies across the country including Kmart, CVS/pharmacy, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Marc's, Walgreens, Meijer, Pamida, Target, and many more.
