The ASSIST ProgramSM, from Axcan PharmaTM, helps meet the needs of low income patients who lack insurance coverage. This program allows for a recurring 30-day supply of CANASA®, VIOKASE® 8, VIOKASE® 16, or ULTRASE® MT up to a period of 360 days.

Eligibility:
Income guidelines apply and are calculated as a percentage of Federal Poverty Limit. Patients must be US residents and not have prescription coverage.

Patients are issued a pharmacy card to have their prescription filled at a local retail pharmacy. There is a $3.00 dispensing fee for each prescription and, based on insurance coverage, there may be minor additional costs.
