Income Limits: - household of 1, under $8,740 - household of 2, under $11,060 - household of 3, under $13,860 - household of 4, under $16,700 Patients cannot have medical insurance that covers medications and cannot be eligible for any program that would cover the cost of prescription medications, including Medicaid. Patients must be US residents.
