Any Cystic Fibrosis patient purchasing Ultrase MT products.
Any Cystic Fibrosis patient purchasing Ultrase MT products.
Other Information:
Patient will also receive at the time of enrollment a Flutter mucus clearance device and a copy of the book Cystic Fibrosis: A Guide for Patient and Family by David M Orenstein.
