Eligibility:
To qualify, you must: Not be eligible for Medical Assistance. Live in Minnesota for at least 30 days and intend to stay. (There are exceptions for medical emergencies and some migrant workers.) Be a U.S. citizen or non-citizen lawfully residing in the U.S.
