Eligibility:
Senior West Virginians age 60 and older are eligible for the Golden Mountaineer Discount Card. Any senior who has not received a new card should call the Bureau of Senior Services at 304-558-3317 or toll-free at 1-877-987-3646. You may also complete an application on our secure Web site at the address listed above.
