  • Eligibility:

    ATTENTION: YOU MUST BE HIV POSITIVE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

    - must be HIV +
    - must present a letter from a physician that certifies the medical necessity of receiving the covered medication(s)
    - must be a New Jersey resident 30 days prior to the date of your application
    - must be ineligible for Medicaid or the Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged & Disabled program (PAAD)

    Must have income which does not exceed $46,550 for single individuals, or $62,450 for a two-person household. For each additional person in the household up to five, the maximum household income increases by $15,900 increments.

    Annual recertification required.

    The ADDP program provides free access to HIV-AIDS related prescription medications approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration.
