Eligibility:
-Have become unemployed since January 1, 2009. -Have been prescribed and have been taking a Pfizer medicine for at least 3 months prior to becoming unemployed and enrolling in the program. -Lack prescription drug coverage -Can attest to financial hardship.
Other Information:
More than 70 Primary Care medicines are available through the program. The program is open for enrollment through December 31, 2009.
