    ATTENTION: YOU MUST BE HIV POSITIVE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM. - income must be at or below 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level - must be a resident of Rhode Island - Must be HIV+ - must not be a recipient of Medicaid
